It entails going up into a pushup position and then coming down to a regular pushup, essentially one rep.

Plank Exercise

For this exercise, you will need two dumbbells, a chair, and a table. 

Stand in the chair and grab both dumbbells shoulder-width apart. 

Now take your dominant hand and place it on top of the dumbbells, and with your other hand, you should hold onto the table so that it won’t move all around.

Next, raise your other arm; this time, grab the table or chair and bring it towards your hip. 

Now lift the dumbbells towards your opposite hip. 

Keep doing this until you reach your other shoulder. 

Then return to the starting position and repeat the process. 

This is going to work your entire abdominal muscles; you need to do it consistently.
