Focus on your clients and be realistic

Every time a client comes up to you, listen to them with an open mind. Understand their situation and know this is the best way they could have handled it. Ask them questions about their personal lives and cultural norms. This will help you understand where they are coming from and help you design interventions keeping cultural limitations in mind.
